The lemons were on sale at the market, so of course I bought a bag of them! Here is a photo of the Lemon Pound Cake Muffins I made. They have a tart glaze and are wonderfully moist! I got the recipe from Tasteofhome.com
Next I will bake some Lemon-Thyme bread, Lemon Scones, Lemon squares, and of course use many in my meals I prepare!
It is rainy and gray outside. That always puts me in the mood to bake!

Is lemon-thyme bread sweet or savory? Hubby is making salmon for dinner. I love it when someone else cooks - it always tastes better when it's made by someone else. He's using lemons too.
It's a new recipe, so I am not sure yet. But I will let you know! Salmon sounds wonderful! Hope you are doing well! I have been shopping for 3 baby showers I have in the next month and I am feeling giddy with shopping fever!
