I just found your blog after reading a comment you left on becomingme. What caught my eye.....your name!! My name is Sara Lynn! I go by Sara now, but as my kids joke, anyone who knew me in my youth calls me Sara Lynn!!! After reading your blog, I found we also having cooking in common....must be in the name! I LOVE to cook and entertain! Can't wait to visit the recipe swap and look forward to reading your blog!
Oh scary picture! I'm not a fan of tornadoes either, luckily here in Virginia, they rarely get going very big. We do have some intense Thunderstorms though, I like those pretty well. Thank you for stopping by my blog today.
It really looks like that where you live in the sky? Wow-I have seen that on TV but never in a real picture from a friend. Be careful. Sending you good prayers for a safe night.
we are fine..thx! The tornadoes went north and south of our house, but there are thousands of folks without power today and going into the weekend!! One of the tornadoes went right down our youth pastor's street, they are fine but many houses were destroyed. it was very scary!! I do not like this time of year!
I have been out of it for the week, but I am back on. Tornados are scary, lucky for me they don't happen often here. Your comment about fish, I agree, it is scary also to cook fish. I grew up far from any ocean or even lake so fish was not often on our table. But I saw this fish at the supermarket near me and it reminded of a nice restaurant I visited in northern Arizona. It had trout with almond slivers and it was delicious. So I tried this and was very lucky. Really in my family my husband is the fish expert. But the bones make his delicious inventions are not popular with the children. I don't really like them either, but he does know how to cook fish.
I am a stay-at-home mom and I enjoy it! I love to cook and I am always trying new recipes. I have two great kids. They are fantastic entertainment and both have a wonderful sense of humor! I also have a blog called LoveandMarriage. It has been so fun meeting other moms and women to share with. Kid stories, recipes, just sharing life, what could be more fun!

You don't have to be chicken to be scared of that. It kind of creeps me out and makes me want to take a nap at the same time. Is that weird?
LOL..no not weird. I want to sleep through it too. When I wake up, maybe it will be gone :)
I can't stand the rain.. Rainy days = no playground days... And that = an unhappy teacher, lol!!
That pic is so cool, I can't believe the sky - a lil scary looking!!
Sky - dark.
Picture - scary.
Tornado - bad.
I'm with you. I'm not a big fan of that type of weather. My hubby gets extra snuggle time. (That's another way my saying I'm a big, big chicken)
Oh that does look scary!
Yikes. My goodness that is Na-As-TEE. Tornadoes scare me. We don't have them here... at least not very often.

Oh my goodness- that looks very scary. I can't imagine how terrifying it must be to live where tornados are common.
