Chop, Chop!

On the weekends hubby will cook dinner one night. Usually on Saturdays, since I work part of the day. (Isn't that sweet of him?) He likes to make pork chops. They are always so good and tender. He will change the seasonings up, sometime he makes up marinades. but it is always good. I help out by making the sides. This particular chop was rosemary, lemon and various other seasons he threw in. I made cornbread stuffing and roasted carrots to accompany it.

I love pork chops. My hubby cooks also - and he's a very good cook. Isn't it wonderful to have such good cooks in our hubbies?

Welcome back on. I was also gone awhile, as you saw. Congrats with the awards. They are well deserved. I see how you keep up with all the nice details and always have a nice comment. I second both those and add one for good measure.

Happy Mothers' Day. How do you make those delicious looking carrots? My cooked carrots are drab, I would like to learn to liven them up.
